Pedro Zerolo Exhibition Banner
2025 | Digital Illustration | Client: Fundación Caja Canarias
This illustration pays tribute to the politician and activist Pedro Zerolo, a symbol of the defense of equality, diversity, and human rights. It intertwines Canary Islands landscapes such as Mount Teide, Benijo Beach, dragon trees, and palm trees, with brightly colored houses from La Laguna and iconic monuments such as the Congress of Deputies in Madrid. Caracas can also be glimpsed, recalling his roots. The canvas is inhabited by diverse people—families, friends, and the LGBTQ+ community, celebrating freedom and harmonious coexistence. With a vibrant style full of detail, the work reflects an open, joyful, and plural world, where love, as Zerolo used to say, becomes the finest form of activism.
